Cancellation Policy

FULL REFUND OF PROGRAM FEES

A full refund of a program fee will be issued and will be payable when:

● the participant withdraws on the same day that registration occurred;

● the program is canceled by Squamish Pirates Swim Club prior to the start of the program

REFUNDS FOR MISSED WORKOUTS

There are no refunds for:

● missed workouts at any point in the season. This includes holidays, vacation, pool closures, etc… Our rates are averaged over the season and planned holidays are taken into the equation

● the first month of programming

● the last month of programming

INSURANCE FEES AND SWIM MEET FEES

Insurance and swim meet fee payments for all events are non refundable.

MEDICAL REFUNDS

If due to a medical reason, you are unable to participate for longer than one month, at the club's discretion, the club may issue you a medical credit for the time out of the water, or a medical refund. Please email our registrar at squamishpiratesregistrar@gmail.com.

OUTSTANDING FEES

During the season, if your account has outstanding registration fees for more than 30 days, your swimmer will not be able to return until all fees are paid. If by 45 days you have not paid in full, your swimmer will be withdrawn from the program.

Before a new registration is accepted, outstanding fees need to be paid in full. If you have outstanding meet fees at the end of the Winter Season (April) or end of Summer (September), you will not be eligible for program registration in the new season.

If your financial situation changes, please contact us, we want to see swimmers swimming.
