This policy establishes the requirements for fundraising, sponsorships, donations, grants, events, campaigns, and in kind contributions undertaken by or on behalf of the Squamish Pirates Swim Club. It provides guidelines for approval, member involvement, use of funds, sponsor relationships, accountability, fairness, and transparency.
